What may have appeared to be a simple detail quickly became a powerful tribute to the individuals who work every day to serve our community. Heather’s attention to detail and her genuine care for celebrating people transformed the design into something that made employees feel recognized, valued, and proud of the important work they do.

She worked closely with our team to develop creative swag ideas, thoughtful gift concepts, and coordinated event materials that tied the entire theme together seamlessly. In addition to the employee appreciation event, Heather also supported the City of Mount Vernon by creating an interactive employee handbook that transformed a traditional policy document into an engaging and easy-to-navigate resource. As new policies were written and approved, Heather organized them in a visually appealing format that could be easily accessed via an intranet or website. Her design made the handbook far more approachable for employees and demonstrated her ability to present complex information in a professional, user-friendly way.

I also had the opportunity to work with Heather as I launched my new HR consulting business, and once again, she brought my vision to life in an extraordinary way. Heather designed my business logo, business cards, and developed a beautiful, professional website that perfectly captured the identity and mission of my brand.
